We needed a plumber. We called Eco 1 and Norberto The owner answer the phone. We needed to change a functioning tank water heater to a tankless water heater so my family could have endless hot water. We wanted an estimate and he said to send a video in or we could do a FaceTime so he can quote me properly. He listened to my needs and I felt very much comfortable that he understood with the project was. We scheduled a time and he actually arrived 15 minutes early which in Miami is crazy to arrive before your scheduled time. The installation took about an hour and a half, and I’m very much happy with the craftsmanship and the work that was done.

Sewer line was backing up because of roots again and again, time had come to finally fix for good. Norberto came out, found the problem in no time & was able to start replacing the pipe right away. Within hours of calling Eco 1, the bad section of pipe was replaced and I was good to go, Norberto knows his stuff.

He was reliable, timely, honest and went above and beyond to do his part during a remodel that experienced some delays due to the city permit process with other aspects of the remodel.
